I'm a founder who has raised capital: I bring grit and an ownership mentality to the task at hand and proactively find opportunities to help the business. I understand the importance of a budget.
I specialize in scaling teams: I have been one of the first 5 hires for 3 design teams, and have conducted interviews and built hiring plans to help scale design practices. At the peak of my startup I oversaw a team of 13 designers, engineers and doctors.
I have a clearance and data integrity certifications: Previously held a clearance in 2018, when I consulted with DHS, ICE and NIH. I'm also a certified HIPAA Professional.
My education in game design and human computer interaction informs my design approach: This helps me build sticky data-driven systems that scale.

BHA: Bachelors in Digital Art and Technical Writing • 2012 - 2016
Intercollege degree program combines the strengths of the College of Fine Arts (CFA) and the Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences (DC). This degree is designed for academically and artistically talented students who want to develop their interest in the fine arts, while also pursuing studies in the humanities and social/behavioral sciences.

Six week online MIT course to enhance user experience design through analyzing HCI research initiatives at MIT.

I designed enterprise role-based access controls (RBAC), and saw ARR increase from $88.8M to over $124M as the platform team’s lead product designer.
CEO • 2021 - 2023
Founded a medical device company that raised $325K, successfully built and shipped 3 digital products and conducted 2 clinical discovery studies with patients. Managed 13 people.
Sr. UX Designer • 2019 - 2021
3rd hire for a new Strategy & Analytics design team. Grew the team to 27 people. Lead designer for a $35M application used across five federal agencies. User research, usability testing, journey maps, personas, and prototyping.

5th hire for a new customer design team. Grew the team to 79 people. Designed, tested and built webapps for six digital product teams. Designed an enterprise-wide project tracker. Facilitated design thinking workshops and stakeholder focus groups.

Designed information architecture and graphics for large enterprise sites. Led the usability research for experimental Google Translate hardware.
